20 Years our Principal

At our Summer concert in St Clement’s Church, Urmston, we marked Katie‘s amazing achievement of completing 20 years on principal cornet.

Katie joined us in 2004 whilst still at school. She rapidly improved and successfully auditioned for the vacant principal position within her first year with us. The rest, as they say, is history.

To mark the occasion Katie performed her choice of solo and was presented afterwards with a bouquet of flowers.

It was great to see a sizeable audience and our grateful thanks go to those at the church who organised everything so well to accommodate us.
