Percussion - Danny Hayes

Danny hales from Bolton. Danny started playing at the age of 14 with Eatons Farnworth Brass Band where he stayed for about 12 months then onto Walkden Band. Danny has played for a number of bands in the North West area including BMP Europe Goodshaw Band, Blackburn & Darwen, Wingates Band, Pemberton Old Wigan Band and Dobcross Silver Band. Danny has had spellswith Leyland Band, Besses o th' Barn Band and also Eagley Band. Danny also has done alot of work with Towneley High School Brass Band in Burnley, playing in contest's and concerts, making CD's and also touring Switzerland in 1998 taking part in the World Music Festival. With Wingates and Leyland Danny has performed on the famous 'Listen to the Band' broadcast on BBC radio.
