Eb Bass- Andy Myers

Andrew started playing the Cornet and Trumpet aged 9. He played with many youth wind bands but much preferred playing in Brass Bands and joined Stockport Schools Intermediate Band in 2000. A year later he moved on to Eb Bass and progressed into the Senior Band. In 2003 he was part of the winning team that took the trophy at the Youth Nationals. In December 2003 he joined Flixton Band after previously guesting with the band at the St Helens Contest.

Andy also sings and plays Guitar and Piano. His other hobbies include songwriting and going to gigs.
